What Is Cybersecurity?
Cybersecurity is the practice of protecting systems, networks, and data from digital attacks. These attacks are often aimed at accessing, changing, or destroying sensitive information, extorting money, or interrupting normal operations.
Data Protection: Personal, financial, and business data are valuable targets.
Privacy: Your digital footprint can be used maliciously.
National Security: Government systems and infrastructure are frequent targets.
Business Continuity: A single breach can shut down operations and destroy trust.
Includes viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, and spyware.
Delivered via malicious downloads, phishing emails, or infected USBs.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) improves identity verification.
